Holiday Schedules and Changes

In-Store Pickup Orders 

Please wait until you receive a call or email that your packages are ready before coming to the store! Due to volume, orders may take 24 hours before being ready, particularly orders with gift wrap or if they need to be transferred from our other store.

We have Holiday Hours for pickup of packages. Note we are closing early at 4pm on 12/24, and are closed on 12/25, and 1/1.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may take up to 72 hours/3 business days. We generally only deliver Monday-Friday. However, please plan on 3 business days to receive your order. If you need it sooner a specific reason, please note it and we will do our best to expedite it.

Shipping

Shipping at this time of year is slow and subject to greater than normal delays. Please allow sufficient time for your packages to be shipped. 

We have a UPS Time in Transit map to assist in calculating shipping times to various parts of the country. Note that orders shipped via UPS Ground and the Free (over $100) Value shipping may take a couple days longer to ship and arrive: in particular, ship times of 3 or more days will likely take an extra day. Also note at this time of year that normal service guarantees for how long something will take to arrive are suspended by UPS. All times are also subject to unpredictable events such as weather, so please plan ahead!

You may also refer to the UPS Holiday Schedule for more information, including UPS holidays where there are no deliveries, and where packages are not moved and do not count towards shipping times. 

Please note the following dates for orders for shipments:

Monday, December 16th: Depending on location, potentially the last day for Ground packages to arrive before Christmas (although, note, Ground ship times are no longer guaranteed).

Wednesday, December 18th: Last day for 3 Day Select packages to arrive by Christmas.

Thursday, December 19th: Last day for 2 Day Air packages to arrive by Christmas.

Tuesday, December 24th: Packages will not be shipped on this date. Packages will not move on December 25th, ie. it does not count towards time in transit.

Tuesday, December 31st: Packages will not be shipped on this date. Packages will not move on January 1st, ie. it does not count towards time in transit. 

Note December 25th, and January 1st do not count towards shipping time in transit.
