Shipping policy
We have 2 Shipping options, plus In Store Pickup and Local Delivery.
Our web site strives for accuracy in our stock levels, but occasionally there may be errors or discrepancies and an item may not be in stock even if the web site shows it to be in stock. In this case, we will contact you and you will not be charged (or the charge will be refunded) and you can either choose an alternate item, or cancel the order.
Order Status/Tracking
You can use the order status page which is included automatically in your order confirmation emails. You can also log in to your customer account to view detailed order status and tracking information if applicable.
Shipping Information
Eligible items ship free on orders over $100 with the Economy shipping option!
We ship via UPS, with Ground, 3 Day Select, or 2 Day Air service. Note there is also a 1 business day processing time.
We also have an Economy shipping option, which can take up to 5-8 business days, but may be quicker if the destination is close to us.
These options and their costs will be shown on checkout. There are a few items that are ineligible to be shipped, and shipping options will not be shown - you must select In Store Pickup or Local Delivery.
In Store Pickup
Please wait until you are notified that your order is ready before arriving. Orders may take up to 24 hours to be ready, although they will often be finished sooner. Orders with items that need to be transferred from our other store may take additional time.
We are proud to offer free In Store pickup for most in stock items.
