In Store Pickup Options & Procedures


Please wait until you are notified that your order is ready before arriving. Orders may take up to 24 hours to be ready, although they will often be finished sooner. Orders with items that need to be transferred from our other store may take up to 2 business days.


Free In Store Pickup on most items!

We are proud to offer free In Store pickup for most in stock items. A few of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and are thus ineligible for In Store Pickup. These items will have "No In Store Pickup" in the Item Description.   

Our web site strives for accuracy in our stock levels, but occasionally there may be errors or discrepancies and an item may not be in stock even if the web site shows it to be in stock. In this case, you will not be charged (or the charge will be refunded) and you can either choose an alternate item, or cancel the order.
If the store is closed for a holiday, In store pickup items will be held until the next open day. 
You can see likely item availability per store in the details about an item. You can order items not available in a particular location for In Store Pickup, but it may take up to 2 Business Days for items to be transferred and the order to be ready.

In Store Pickup

This is a free option.  After your order is processed, you will receive an email that your order is ready for In Store Pickup.  Valid orders with all items available in the selected pickup location will be ready in 1 DAY/24 hours from when the order is placed - and most often sooner. If we have a problem with your order or payment, the ready time may take longer as needed to resolve the problem. Please wait for the email confirmation of phone call that your item is ready before picking up your order.  
The process for in store pickup:
1. Place your order online.  
2. You will receive an email confirmation that we received the order. Please add " This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it " to your address book to ensure that you receive the email.
3.  We will verify your order is correct and all items are in stock. If there is a problem, we will contact you to resolve the problem.
4.  We will send you a Ready for Pickup email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up. We will also try to call your phone number.
5. Once you receive the Ready for Pickup email, at your convenience, come to your selected store.
To pick up your order you will need to bring your drivers licence or other form of government issued photo ID. 
If you wish to have someone else pick up the order, please note this in the comment field (on page 4 of the checkout process).  They will need to bring their photo ID.
